Garden Cabin (up to 4 guests)

$150 plus taxper night, double occupancy
$15 for each additional person

Weekdays
$125 plus taxper night, double occupancy
$15 for each additional person
$10 for each child

Mill Cabin (up to 4 guests)

$175 plus taxper night, double occupancy

Cabin Rental Policies

Reservations:

You must be 21 years old to rent a Cabin. Payment is required at the time of reservation. Inn A Cabin may use any funds received from guests immediately upon receipt of such funds.

Cancellation:

To cancel or change your reservation and receive a refund, less the reservation fee, you must cancel a full fourteen (14) days from the date the reservation was booked. A $25.00 cancellation fee will also apply for ALL cancellations.

Minimum stay:

We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and weekdays (Sunday through Thursday).

Method of payment:

Inn A Cabin accepts all major credit cards. We do not accept cash, check or money orders. A credit card is required at the time of reservation and will be kept on file in case there are any damages to the property.

Refunds:

No refunds due to weather, early departure, or acts of God.
No refunds will be given due to weather or for early departure. No refunds in the event of mechanical failure, absence of any item, or for any public utility issues.
Accommodations for registered guests only. Any additional guests will be charged accordingly or asked to leave the premises.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted on any of our properties. Discovery of an unauthorized pet will result in a $125 fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in all of our cabins. Discovery of smoking inside a cabin will result in a $300 fee which will be charged to the credit card on file. Outdoor smoking areas are provided. All candles must be used in appropriate class container.

Linens and supplies:

Bed linens and bath towels are provided along with kitchenware and utensils. We supply trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish and hand soap. Do not flush anything down the toilet such as sanitary or latex. You will be charged $50.00 for any plumbing damages that may be caused during your stay.

Grills:

Cabins have charcoal grills. Charcoal is not supplied; however grilling utensils are provided.

Fireplaces:

Indoor fireplaces are not to be used April¬- September. No cutting wood on premises. If you bring your own firewood, it must be cut and bundled. You can purchase firewood bundles in town at Walmart or Kroger.

Occupancy and housekeeping:

Please keep occupancy to what is posted on each cabin description. If additional people are discovered there will be a $40 fee per extra person. All trash must be placed in the trash receptacles. If the trash needs to be taken out, please leave on the front porch and it will be removed. Please do not leave loose trash on the porch or inside the cabins. Be sure to properly secure your trash bags. Please leave the cabin clean.

Hot tubs:

Hot tubs should not be used at temperatures greater than 104 degrees. Switches used to increase or decrease the jet speed may be adjusted. Our hot tubs are routinely changed and continually sanitized. Hot tubs left dirty may be subject to a $100 clean-up fee. Do not remove, sit, or stand on hot tub covers. This may result in personal injury and/or damage to the cover. Damage to the hot tub covers will result in a $400 replacement fee. DO NOT ADJUST THE JETS. THEY WILL SNAP AND BREAK. You will be charged $50.00 per jet that is broken. Turn jets off and put lid on when not in use.

Damage by guests:

In the event of damage or extra cleaning requirements created by guests’ additional charges may be charged to the credit card on file.

Wildlife and pests:

While we routinely treat our cabins, we are in the woods and it is likely that you may encounter insects or spiders during your stay. We cannot refund your reservation due to insects and spiders you may encounter during your stay. Many critters live in the woods. Do not approach or feed wildlife. Do not leave food on decks or porches as it may invite unwanted guests.

Left behind items:

Personal items left in the cabin are not automatically returned. We will remove them from cabin and store them for 30 days. You will need to call and provide shipping info. Guests are responsible for any shipping charges to return any items.

Legal:

The owner will not be responsible for personal items the renter may leave or shall not be liable for injury or damage to the renter or to any property of renters occurring during stay on premises. Renters will release owners from any and all liability resulting from any accident or injuries occurring during the stay. If the renter violates any of the conditions or agreements of this contract, owner may terminate this contract without refund.

Other:

During winter months 4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended. Absolutely no use of fire arms, fireworks or drugs shall be used on the property.

Policies and rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay.

Information Collection

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Inn A Cabin. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Inn A Cabin does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your harddrive that helps us provide our services. You have the ability to decline cookies if you choose to.

Security

At Inn A Cabin, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation, we use every precaution to safeguard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Policy Modifications

Inn A Cabin may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.

COVID-19 Policy

As of April 2020 the travel industry changed with Covid-19. All reservations are offered trip insurance at the time of booking. We make no exceptions to our cancellation policies & recommend visiting the “Rates & Policies” page for more information on finding the best policy to suit your needs. Inn A Cabin is taking extra measures during the pandemic to ensure that all surfaces are properly disinfected, and linens are washed in accordance with CDC guidelines.
